- You cannot be an employee of Temps Inc. An Employee is
defined as someone who has worked for Temps Inc. in the past
12 months.
- You must submit your Referral Partner Request within 14
days of the candidate's
application date.
- The candidate must indicate your name on the original
application as the referral source.
- The candidate must complete 100 hours of service with
Temps Inc. within the first 90 days of applying for employment.
- Payments will be made within 90 days (usually much
sooner) of the candidate's
completion of 100 hours of employment.
- Temps Inc. will not withhold tax. It is your responsibility to
report income for tax purposes.
- Any Referral Partner who earns more than $600.00
annually in a calendar year will receive a 1099, per State
and Federal Tax Code.
- You must agree to all the terms and conditions indicated
on the Referral Partner Request, which can be downloaded by
